The Weird Number Issues Continue

I continue to have the 11 11 stuff pop up.  I've started to have weird things happen with time now.  I have to unlock my phone when I go to use it.  It's a Palm Pre which is a smart phone so I use it for a lot of things from my calendar and tasks to surfing the web.  When I unlock the phone the screen shows the time digitally in a large display.  Today for example, I saw 10:10 then 12:12, and finally 1:11.  Is there a reason?

Eleven Eleven

Ok so this is just getting weird.  For many years, my roommate and I had kept running into the numbers 10 10.  It would be the time or a total on a bill.  It just popped up in weird ways or places.  We've tried to find meaning in it but it was just there.

In the search of an answer to that question, I was listening to one of my favorite radio show, Coast to Coast AM when I heard people talking about the 11 11 phenomenon world wide.  If you Google 11 11 phenomenon, you'll see how many people are affected by seeing this. It didn't help me much because it didn't answer my 10 10 question but at least I knew that a LOT of other people were having a similar experience.

It seems like as the year 2009 ended and we entered into 2010, I started to encounter the 11 11 number.  It was at unusual times like my odometer that I can reset to track my gas mileage would hit 111.1 and I'd be looking at it just as it did that.  Or a blog that I read about the Pre phone decided to announce that we had 1,111 apps in the catalog.  For the past week, I've looked at my phone or had to unlock it which shows that time really large when I do and it has been 11:11.  I'm hardly up past 11, but I've been seeing it this week.  So when it happened for the third night in a row, I thought that I'd write about it.
