New Year Angel Prayers

Last year we thought that 2013 would be a great year. There were a lot of good things that happened this year but there's a lot of things still hanging around that need cleaned up and new projects that need to be seen though.
Prayers include:
1. Angels please finalize the promotion that makes as close to $70,000 as possible but @ least $65 k
2. Angels please let there be a large chunk of money from a positive source that will let us get the big projects done in the house like refinishing the pool and getting rid the TV antennae ( don't know if I spelled that night)
3. Let B&C and B's dad all get independent and take care of themselves and not need help from us.
4. Lord let the issue with my can being scratched be resolved in my favor as it should be.
5. When I get my promotion please Lord let me be awesome!
6. keep us all safe healthy and Successful

Does having more money make you mean?

Quote from video: "as a person's levels of wealth increase their feelings of compassion and empathy go down and their feelings of entitlement and deservedness  their ideology of self interest increases"

Marijuana Growing Is An Up and Coming Small Business

I've never smoked weed. I don't really drink. But I do see the benefits of it. I also know what it's like to feel good from my prescription drugs at times. So, as I see the country opening up to the possibility of making marijuana legal, I see a great business opportunity.

One of my concerns as a potential user and as a business owner is being able to show that your product has quality. I found this this video very informative.

Unless you've had depression...you can't understand what it means to be depressed.

No one who has never had depression can understand what having depression really is like. I chose not to have kids and as much as I enjoy all of my Godchildren and nephews, I will never begin to pretend that I know what having a kid is like....either physically or emotionally.

Depression is more painful then any surgery that I've ever had, and I am better than I was before but I will never be ok. Part of my pain is having to act like I'm better because my family and partner doesn't understand that.

It's better...but its never gone.

Avoidance / Procrastination

I have an interview for a job that is really what I want and what would be a step up for me. It's what I have been begging the Angels for. There are multiple signs that say that this is the one.
I am so frozen in fear because of the "format" that was laid out for us.
We are to give a presentation and that clearly has me frozen.
st. Anthony and st. Jude please I beg of you to not leave me now. I need a miracle to help me be prepared.
Be with me tomorrow and send the inspiration that I need.
Also stay with me through Tuesday morning so that I say the exact perfect thing. That they do not hear or see anyone but me.
Let JD and Tif say amazing things to where they want to hire me so badly because I seem so Awesome that they are afraid that they will lose me. That they want to get my Commitment early.
Let the choice be so clear that they make their choice before Friday.
Please Lord Jesus, angels, and saints. Please Grandma Please all good spirits work together so that it all works together.
In the name of Jesus Christ my savior who shed his blood for me, hear my pleas.

"DNA is an incredibly powerful information storage device"

Physicists have shown that photons that are what make up light and other forms of energy can be both a particle and a wave at the same time. It is hypothesized that it is the actual choice in looking that decides whether it is a particle or a wave. If you test light to see if it is a particle, then that is what you'll find.

Read about Schrödinger's Cat  and you'll find another example of how what we are looking for forms the outcome.

I am reminded of my religious upbringing that said that God is Light and to see and you shall find. It seems that physics is reinforcing that there is a higher being but that we have to be a part of the process.

As geneticists learn more about our own DNA, perhaps the mechanics of how we are able to take part in the process of creating. Our DNA can hold so much information that we are closer to walking computers than animals.

“The fact that the genetic code can simultaneously write two kinds
of information means that many DNA changes that appear to alter protein
sequences may actually cause disease by disrupting gene control
programs or even both mechanisms simultaneously.”
- John Stamatoyannopolous, Ph.D., Genome Scientist, UW-Seattle

John Stamatoyannopolous, Ph.D., University of Washington
Assoc. Professor of Genome Sciences and Medicine at the
University of Washington in Seattle, Washington, led a team that has
discovered a second code hidden in DNA. The discovery is reported
in the Dec. 13 issue of Science. “For over 40 years we have assumed that
DNA changes affecting the genetic code solely impact how proteins are made,”
said Stamatoyannopoulos. “Now we know that this basic assumption about
reading the human genome missed half of the picture. These new findings
highlight that DNA is an incredibly powerful information storage device,
which nature has fully exploited in unexpected ways.

Disney's Tomorrowland Movie Shot In My Neighborhood

George Clooney movie in Altamonte Springs, New Smyrna

Orlando Sentinel's Hal Boedeker talks with FOX35 about George Clooney's new movie "Tomorrowland."

"George Clooney is not here," the voice said.
The voice belonged to Liz Yancey of recreation and special events in New Smyrna Beach. But it's possible that Clooney could be there this week as shooting on Disney's "Tomorrowland" will shift to New Smyrna.
By the way, Clooney was at a screening of "August: Osage County" on Monday in Los Angeles. Clooney produced the film, which stars Meryl Streep and Julia Roberts.
"Tomorrowland" is filming in Altamonte Springs today.
"They've been filming since 8 a.m.," said Mark Butler, assistant to the city manager. "The road portion of the filming will be over today. They're filming in a house just outside our city limits tomorrow."
The movie is not closing streets but doing a rolling roadblock, Butler said. Those streets include Hermits Trail, State Road 436, Palm Springs Drive, Central Parkway and Cranes Roost Boulevard.
"It's going to be intermittent, not like closing 436 for an hour," Butler said.
Traffic in New Smyrna Beach could be interrupted from Tuesday through Thursday, the city said on its website. Traffic along the U.S. 1 will be affected all three days, the city says.
A film industry source has told the Sentinel that filming will continue through Dec. 7. "Tomorrowland" will shift to the Kennedy Space Center, the source said. Most of "Tomorrowland" has shot in Canada; the film is set for release in December 2014.
If you see filming, let us know more.
