Wow it seems like everyone is sneezing or hacking. Makes you wonder how everyone on almost a global level can at sick @ the same time.
I feel the beginnings of symptoms but I am trying to keep them minimized and trying not to overuse medicine too early in case a full blown sinus infection kicks in. Also, it doesn't help that everyone at work has something, I work in education and less face it kids really don't how to care for themselves and are so self interested that they don't realize how their sneezing, coughing, etc. affects everyone else.
So just working with St. Raphael and being smart so that I can try to stay healthy.
